Behind the Scenes: Black Friday 2024

Santa’s helpers have nothing on our brush-baby order fulfilment team. We’re going to have to be careful that they’re not poached from us by the main man himself for gainful employment on December 24^th!

Black Friday and Cyber Monday saw the team operating in 5^th gear during the retail year’s busiest trading period, with orders ‘pinging’ on computers, label machines whirring and a flurry of activity, which ensured that the Royal Mail personnel had the hardest workout of the year collecting huge postal bags from our offices!

“It was crazy, but fun” as Steph and Lulu, who were at the sharp end of order fulfilment agree. “It was fascinating to observe the timings of orders which basically were 24/7, (we hear you parents of teething babies!) and the expanse of products and colour preferences covered, with Applemint Toothpaste and FirstBrush as family favourites.  And yes, when everything went out of the door on time – we had a celebratory tipple before we toppled!”

We’re grateful for every single order received by brush-baby, not just for the business, but the knowledge that others are as passionate as us about children’s oral welfare.
