Our Childrens Toothbrush Makes You Smile! – It’s World Smile Day!

Make sure your child's ready to show their smile by using our range of kids toothbrushes and best baby toothpaste.

We’re all so familiar with the Smiley emoji – which must be used millions of times a day, but the original Smiley was created by Harvey Ball, a US commercial artist, who created the original back in 1963 – nearly 60 years ago!

Buoyed by its commercial success, Harvey wanted his creation to make a positive difference as well, and he instigated World Smile Day, to promote smiles and acts of kindness throughout the world.

Although Harvey sadly passed away in 2001, his legacy lives on via the Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation, which promotes a challenge for World Smile Day, which is held every first Friday in October each year.

2023 sees the World Smile Day Challenge of ‘doing an act of kindness and help one person smile.’

Smiling is contagious, (go on try it!), and at BrushBaby we love helping caregivers look after their little ones’ smiles, with fun and funky, but above all, functional baby toothbrush and toddler toothbrush products.

As our contribution to #WorldSmileDayChallenge, we will be donating 100 kids toothbrushes and toothpaste sets, to a community initiative which is local to us (www.trinitywinchester.org.uk), which provides practical and emotional support to people experiencing the effects of homelessness or vulnerability, in the hope that it will make 100 smile, and ensure that their smiles are healthy too!
