Brush-Baby Prize Draw

  1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion are not permitted to enter.

  3. The opening date for entries is 12:00pm GMT on 14 November 2022 and the closing date is 11:59pm GMT on 20th November 2022. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  4. Only entries who sign up via the competition sign up form will be valid. If you are already a SmileStones member you must re-sign up via the form in Instagram bio.
  5. Applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, damaged, delayed or not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with instructions.
  6. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold the promoter harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from participation in this promotion.
  7. There is one prize to be won consisting of a WildOnes Mya Monkey Electric Rechargeable Toothbrush.
  8. The prize are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  9. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. The winner(s) will be notified via Instagram private message within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name and address within 14 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all remaining valid entries in accordance with the promotion rules.
  11. The winner(s) shall receive a bundle of Brush-Baby products catered towards their child’s age. Brush-Baby has the right to decide the products, not the winner(s). 50 points will be added to the winner(s) SmileStones account within 14 days of winning. 
  12. The winners’ details (name and county) may be made available on request to those writing to Brush-Baby, The long Barn, The Cedar Suite, Winchester Rd, Alresford SO24 9EZ.
  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Twitter/Facebook/Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to Twitter/Facebook/Instagram. Entrants release Facebook/Instagram for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

  15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry of this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

  16. The promotion shall be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
