Returns Policy

Customers may return any unopened items within 30 days of the despatch date for a refund.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return items must be accompanied by their original order receipt.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned goods are received and inspected.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Replacement or refund options will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
