Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, simply give us a call on: 0345 520 2229 (UK) or 00 44 (0)1962 733829 (International) or for the fastest response please email customerservice@brushbaby.co.uk - where we will provide you the next steps for returning your item(s).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Recycling & Sustainability
We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items when purchasing new items from us, this service applies to 1:1 purchase and return of electrical toothbrushes.
Customers purchasing a Brush-Baby electrical toothbrush are eligible to return an old or faulty toothbrush they wish to dispose of at their own cost, including any non BrushBaby branded electronic toothbrushes within 28 days of purchase.
For safe disposal and recycling of electrical goods please return items to our Designated Collection Facility at The Long Barn, The Cedar Suite, Winchester Rd, Alresford SO24 9EZ, where we will recycle at our local Approved Authorised Treatment Facility.
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination, harming wildlife and health.
This symbol means that electrical products and batteries shall not be disposed of with normal household waste. Please do not throw away any electrical equipment marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol in your bin. Follow your country’s rules for the separate collection of electrical products and batteries.
